1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking passenger transport or using our logistics services, you agree to these legally binding terms. If representing a business, you confirm authority to bind that entity.


2. Service Definitions

  • Passenger Transport: Scheduled/charter bus services

  • Logistics Services: Cargo shipping, warehousing, and last-mile delivery

  • Digital Platforms: Booking portals, tracking systems


3. Booking & Payments

For Passengers:

  • Full payment secures reservations; partial deposits require balance 48hrs pre-trip

  • Cancellations:

    • 72hrs: Full refund

    • <72hrs: 50% refund

    • No-shows: No refund

For Logistics Clients:

  • Quotes valid for 14 days

  • Invoices due in 15 days; late payments incur 2%/month interest

  • Dangerous goods require prior authorization


4. Service Policies

A) Passenger Transport

  • Prohibited:

    • Smoking/vaping

    • Hazardous materials

    • Unaccompanied minors (<16)

  • Luggage: 1 checked bag + 1 carry-on (max 20kg total)

B) Logistics Services

  • Cargo Restrictions:

    • No illegal/recalled items

    • Perishables: Must disclose temperature requirements

  • Insurance:

    • Basic coverage: ₦5,000/kg (max ₦500,000)

    • Full-value insurance available (extra fee)


5. Liability Limitations

Passenger Delays Compensation: 50% voucher for delays >4hrs
Cargo Damage/Loss Limited to insurance coverage amount
Force Majeure Not liable for strikes, natural disasters, etc.

6. Dispute Resolution

  1. Mediation: Mandatory 30-day negotiation period

  2. Jurisdiction: Disputes settled in [State] courts under [Country] law


7. Amendments

We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice via email/website banners. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
